WizR Point-To-Point Transport Service
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of chauffeur services (“Service”) provided by WizR (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking channels (website, phone, email, or authorised agents).

Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise specified.

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid before the journey commences.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card. Bank Transfer can happen but funds will need to be received into our account before confirming the booking. So if you were wanting a quicker service credit or debit card payment is best.

The quote given will include Tolls and Parking Fees for 15 to 30 minutes. Any additional time charges incurred during the journey will be added to the final invoice. WizR will do its best to be as transparent as possible. You know what airports are like with parking charges, so constant communication is imperative (especially when being COLLECTED FROM ARRIVALS). It’s important you turn on your phone to receive calls or messages from our staff as soon as you have come through customs and collected your bags.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the booking value.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are ready at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time.

Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times as required by law.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the person who made the booking.
5. Waiting Time and No-Show Policy

A complimentary waiting period of [e.g., 15 minutes] is provided at the pick-up location. Additional waiting time will be charged at our standard rates.

If the passenger does not arrive within [e.g., 30 minutes] after the scheduled pick-up time and has not contacted us, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
6. Luggage and Personal Items

Each passenger is permitted to bring standard luggage as specified at the time of booking. 1 x Large Suitcase and 1 x Carry On per person. Please provide accurate information when making enquiries so that not only can we quote correctly but assign you to the most appropriate vehicle for your needs. The standard vehicle with Damien is a Kia Sorento with 4 x Adults which allows for 4 x Large Bags and 4 Carry On for airport transfers. Other circumstances will require another driver / vehicle.

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. However, we will try and make endeavours to give back any items found to the rightful owner.
7. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or mechanical breakdowns.

We will not be liable for compensation should you incur financial losses from accommodation, luggage, connected flight/ transfers or other situations because of delays which are out of our control.
8. Child Safety

At this time we do not provide Child seats or booster seats.
9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for the purpose of providing our Service and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of our Service is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our Service.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant Australian State or Territory in which the Service is provided. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.
